No. MegaWagi strictly allows only one account per person. First, check that the transaction was successfully processed on your GCash, Maya, or banking app — look for a confirmation message or receipt. If the transaction shows as successful on your end but the balance hasn't updated in your MegaWagi wallet after 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team. Provide the transaction reference number and timestamp so we can trace and resolve it quickly.

Withdrawals to e-wallets are usually processed within 1–3 hours; bank transfers may take up to one business day. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before requesting a withdrawal.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount at MegaWagi is ₱200. There is no withdrawal fee charged by MegaWagi itself, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees. Withdrawal requests can be declined for a few common reasons: your KYC verification is incomplete, the wagering requirements on a bonus haven't been met yet, or the account details you provided don't match your registered information.
